Safety Team Staff
Our current part time staff have primarily a Rescue background. They come to us as either existing, or former Fire and Rescue, or other Rescue Services personnel. These staff are then assessed and audited by both external and internal moderators to see if they can work with us, according to our own company ethos.
They work as either instructors for our training services, or as part of our bespoke Workforce Safety Service, as supervisors and assessors for on-site surveys, oversight of site activities and in some cases, as investigators of near miss events and accidents.
